Communicating is important as people would need to communicate because if not there would not be families, friends or relationships because no one would not what it meant. Communication is how we show people how we feel or what we think which shows our personalities and how we feel about one another. Good communication would be someone who is confident and shows great body language when listening or talking to others, someone who has a clear speech and is loud with good vocals. They give good eye contact and skills to show they are acknowledging what you are talking about.
If I was talking to a friend of mine it would be completely different to talking to a teacher or an employee as it would be disrespectful. The way I talk to my friends is loud, confident and being insulting in a joking way which me and my friends would personally understand we would be informal and bubbly with our personalities but that would be where it would have to stop with my communications like that because it could insult other people. If I was to be talking to a potential employee then I would have to have correct body language for my image and great confident vocals but not so loud, I would need to be formal if I was addressing someone related to with at the working environment and show no disrespect to anyone.
Accents are just basically the pronunciation of how people would use direct sentences. Accents are usually followed on how the parents will talk to a young child (Son/Daughter) on as they are learning to talk they will also be talking in the accent they here around them as that is there culture.
Dialect means if you are from Birmingham and you will pronounce words on how you have heard then they could be unknown or different to somewhere like London as they are both different areas and the vocals are completely different. They way different locations pronounce their sentences to ours are quite normal as that’s their living ordeal and how they speak.
Standard English would be when you talk in full sentences but using correct grammar and no slang but cannot exactly mean talking a strong efficient English accent.
Received Pronunciation is when you will be efficient to the correct Standard English and will talk and pronounce every word clearly.

This is the first drafted proposal i had created
My proposal

As a group we have all come up with ideas on how we can create a good ident. My job was to look at different animation idents and then come up with my own characters. I came up with using a morph as many people can reflect to his kind of character and then we decided to use two penguins in the set as well. Whilst creating the characters we with plasticine. We have all sat and organised how the video will be created on which one the characters are created we will design chairs for them to, then we will find time to go to the green screen on which we will take the photos of them moving slightly different. Once we have sorted the movement and taken the right photos we do need for our video we will all be doing our own version of the video so we can understand what one another has put together which we can take some of their ideas to. Once they are set in the order and cut the clips so the time will be short for the clip and look more realistic we will find an image or moving background to produce on the green screen so it looks a lot more realistic for the audience who will be viewing our video.


After going over my proposal i knew i had to add and create more to write to get a higher grade so this is my final proposal.



My Proposal

My proposal is an Animated Ident this is what we are creating for Park Hall Academy’s Media Studies department. Everyone is in different groups to come up with plenty of new ideas and we all need to edit and produce on our own using the groups finishing products. The ident is going to be used hopefully for the department as everyone will be socialising taking other ideas and working together to produce a well animated ident. To understand what idents mainly focus on we also watched plenty of other idents that programmes or channels had created to promote them which helped us figure out a storyline and the characters for the ident.
The objectives we created in a group on how we would all be able to work well by was that we would all have different parts to work on whilst creating the ident. Jack had decided that he was going to research children’s idents which are used to help promote the children’s channel, Jack done loads of research to help him conclude to some ideas he wanted to use an thought would be perfectly suitable.  My job was to watch the idents that had been created over the years and I was effectively looking out for the colours and characters and what conclude to making a good ident. Daniel was also doing the same as me but more focused on what the ident was meaning and how it can attract an audience to the programme. The last objective was for Gary on which he was overlooking idents but starting the project by doing planning and helping set into different roles which would help us be connected on to what the objectives meant.
Going through what we are creating I would be hoping to achieve a great ident for the media department an example on what we are expecting is using: two plasticine penguins and creating our own morph and somehow morph will decide to annoy them. I think the story line we are working on will help us achieve a good grade and would also be used in the media department. If I was going to achieve what I expect I would need to be working exceedingly well in the group and also doing as much participating as I can to help with the planning and the filming and editing.
As we have been working together our characters have been finalised for the shooting in front of the green screen. Jack had created the two penguins on which the detail is quite professional and I decided to create morph, we had finished that and we were happy with how they came out looking in good condition and looked good enough to use for the ident. We have just finished doing the setting in the green screen and moving the characters around to give a story for the ident.

After finally completing the images and uploading those onto the school system to finally all begin our separate editing. As we have all spoke about how we will be doing our own version it gave us something independent to do for the subject and also helped us see what we would all finally create using our own time and ideas so they would be different to everyone else. I was looking on the internet and had decided that as our ident was based the two penguins were watching a movie that I would be using a cinema screen replaced over the green screen and found an image that would make it look more realistic. As we all do our own editing we are focusing on how it will look in the end and will give help if anyone needs it.
Over all the difficulties during this procedure would be if anything happened to the computer and it would swipe off all the memory and the work we had created so we have all decided to keep saving when we have finished onto a memory stick. Other situations could be the camera loses the images and that we would have to start again but we have been working really well together and helping each other with the situations that could arise and cease distinctive trouble for the ident.

The group had clearly worked hard on what they were talking about an spoke loud and clear so everyone knew what they were talking about. They spoke about everything we needed to do to create an ident and generally I thought it was good. I think they worked hard together in a group to make a good presentation.

This group had clearly organised an amount of how to present their pitch and have worked well together to create such a great ident I loved how it was themed to Pac Man and they used the right music to connect with the audience for a negative comment I would say that the camera was a bit shaky but it did come out good.
